Mr. Addo has 25 years in managerial position to his credit where he develops, supervises and execute businesses models. For more than 8 years, he was the Director for Global Financial Networks Ltd/Goffin Bank NV (a subsidiary of Western Union) where he managed transactions over $80.0 million per year. While pursuing his master’s degree he was also appointed as an executive officer at Students Union for one year. After completion, worked shortly as financial manager for a clothing business in Belgium before becoming a full time executive manager for Bellslov Estate Limited where he has attended numerous programmes for housing development and fairs. He had also worked as Operations Manager for Unity Monetary Services Ltd/Unity Links (UK), where he set up over 200 branches/agencies for money remittances offices across United Kingdom. His wealth of experience spans over 25 years in financial and management sector. His expertise includes operational & credit risk management, quality assurance & operational excellence, process re-engineering, core banking application/technology implementation, KYC, AML & regulatory compliance, formulating policies & procedures, business transformation & change management, business analysis & project management, and recruiting personnel. He has extensive marketing and business development knowledge. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Management from the HES Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (Hogeschool Voor Amsterdam) and Master of Laws degree from Birkbeck, University of London. He is a professional in every area of real estate development.
Mr. Baidoo is an Astute Chartered Certified Accountant with excellent experience in providing cohesive strategic planning, financial and management support and succinct financial services support to business managers. He has gained a strong commercial awareness from working in dynamic commercial environments in Ghana. He is a confident leader with competencies in developing workable business models, processes and people. He is very passionate in roles focusing on change and business process improvement. He holds an MBA (Accounting) from University of Ghana, Legon, Chartered Certificates from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Ghana), a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Education from University of Cape Coast (Ghana). He has over 35 years working experience and has held various positions in financial, business management and auditing.
Mr. Odoom is currently an Independent Strategy and Transformations Consultant and an Executive Director of Firstcode Management Services Ltd. Until very recently, he was senior consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Ghana Ltd. He started his full time corporate career in Nestle Central & West Africa as a Financial Accountant and later doubled up as Coordinator for a Compliance unit under the Legal and Tax department where he was responsible for optimizing the gains of the company as a free zones company. He holds an International Master of Business Administration degree from Nyenrode Business University with a focus in International Business Development and Strategy. He holds an Executive Certificate in Marketing from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA as part of his MBA studies and Advanced Executive Certificate in Project Management from Graduate School of Governance and Leadership, Ghana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration degree from the University of Ghana Business School where he majored in Finance and Accounting. Mr. Odoom combines in-depth industry understanding and experience in operations with skills in consulting to provide cutting edge solutions to clients from both private and public sectors. Mr. Oddom has considerable experience in financial analysis, business development, operational strategy and project management. Key sectors include Financial Services, Real Estate, Energy and Mining and FMCG. He has served as a promoter and first director to a number of companies and currently serves on the boards of a couple of companies where he brings his industry insight and wealth of practical management experience to support these boards. His passion is to advise and coach start-ups.
Mrs. Ntim-Addo will assume the position of the General Manager for Marketing and Sales. She is a business entrepreneur with experience in sales, marketing and export trading. Until recently she was the Director of a clothing business, Susaslin Fashion Ltd, in Antwerp, Belgium. Prior to that position, she rose through the ranks to become an Assistant Director with Global Financial Networks Ltd/Goffin Bank NV in Amsterdam, a financial company, from 2002 till 2008. She has extensive experience in direct marketing where she worked as an agent for Oxxio Nederland BV and Euphony Europe BV. Mrs. Ntim-Addo had her bachelor’s degree from Hogeschool InHolland and did advanced management training at Select Management Institute in Amsterdam. She has attended lots of entrepreneur training across Europe. She is accredited with helping companies to build recognizable and powerful brands as well as optimize its full potential. She is also gifted with creating very strong customer relationships.
Mr. Oscar Mohammed Yusif did Construction Technician Cert. I, at Kumasi Polytechnic, and Certificate II at Accra Polytechnic. He further went on to do Higher National Diploma (Building Technology) at Sunyani Polytechnic and Bachelor of Science (Construction Technology and Management) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a postgraduate diploma (Project Management) from the University of Ghana. He has over twelve years’ experience in the country’s building industry through employment with Trassaco Valley Real Estates Limited, one of the successful real estate companies in the country engaged in the development of large scale gated communities in the country. He worked as a subcontractor with Blackwell Realty Company Ltd, A-3 Company Ltd. Over that span of time, he has risen from a Site Engineer to the Technical Director deploying extensive construction management and prioritization ability that has contributed to achieving targets within stringent deadlines. He has worked several years with Ga East Municipal Assembly, Accra as Development Control Officer, where he is in charge of monitoring of building constructions and construction projects. He is a Corporate Member of Ghana Institute of Construction and a member of Ghana Association of Incorporated Engineers.
